I ABSOLUTELY love my match striker! It is not only beautiful but practical for anyone with loves candles. I bought 3 of these and they all came in perfect condition. This won’t be the last time I order from Tart by Taylor💙

Love it!!!! I’ve had my eye on it for over 6 months. I finally ordered it. It’s perfect!
I have bought several round strikers for gifts. Got two for myself and fell in love. Beautiful product with some good weight to it. Love the packaging! So fun

This is my new hostess gift! Love them!
Will order again, love these
I’m really disappointed with the customer service experience. This was my second time purchasing from Tart as a gift, and unfortunately, I had an issue both times.
The first time, my package was never delivered, and I had to fight to get the situation resolved. To Tarts credit, they eventually made sure it was delivered properly, but the process did not feel good.
This time, I was again left feeling as though the problem was somehow my fault, either the address was wrong or I needed to take it up with the Postal Service. What was missing was any real effort to find a solution or make me, as the customer, feel valued.
Mistakes and delivery issues happen. What makes a difference is how a company handles them. I would have appreciated someone taking ownership and offering a solution rather than simply telling me where the problem wasn’t theirs!
I want to love Tart and continue doing business with the company, but customer service matters. Making the customer feel heard and helping find a solution is what creates loyal customers who come back again and again.
Hi Melissa! We’re sorry this experience left you feeling unheard. For clarity, both orders were shipped to the addresses entered at checkout, which were incorrect. Once we were unable to locate the packages, we replaced both orders at no cost to you. While the address errors were outside our control, we still wanted to make sure your gifts arrived. We appreciate you choosing Tart By Taylor and are sorry our communication didn’t reflect the care we put into resolving both situations.
So cute! I love this so much! I havw wanted this for so long, everyone needs one!
