Creative Designer
We are looking for a Creative Designer to bring the Tart By Taylor brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This role is perfect for someone who loves graphic design, branding, product development, and creative problem solving.
This is not a marketing strategy role. We're looking for a highly creative designer who can create beautiful products, packaging, emails, website graphics, and marketing materials while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand experience. The ideal candidate has exceptional design skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating products and content people love.
What You'll Do:
- Design graphics for email marketing, website, social media, digital ads, and print materials
- Create artwork for new products, packaging, and seasonal collections
- Develop product mockups, proofs, and production ready files
- Design website banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics
- Build visually compelling emails, catalogs, line sheets, and sales materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Stay current on design trends, consumer products, and creative inspiration
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or Figma is a plus
- Product, packaging, or consumer goods experience is a plus
- Must be local to the Dallas Fort Worth area
