Graphic Designer & E Commerce Coordinator (Full-Time)
About The Roll
We’re looking for a creative, detail obsessed Graphic Designer & E Commerce Coordinator to bring Tart to life across our products, marketing, and websites. You’ll design everything from new products and packaging to emails and website graphics, while also owning the day to day management of our online stores.
Responsibilities
Design & Product Development
- Create artwork for new products and collections
- Design packaging, inserts, and product collateral
- Create product mockups and production ready files
- Design emails, website graphics, ads, catalogs, and sales materials
- Support new products and campaigns from concept to launch
- Keep our branding consistent across every touchpoint
Website & E Commerce
- Own the day to day management of all Tart websites
- Upload products, collections, imagery, pricing, and content
- Make sure inventory and integrations are syncing correctly
- QA the sites and troubleshoot issues
- Implement new apps, features, and improvements
- Continually optimize the customer experience and conversion
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio across digital, branding, packaging, and product design
- Hands on experience designing and building marketing emails
- Klaviyo experience preferred
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Shopify experience strongly preferred
- Creative with a strong eye for detail
- Organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver
- Comfortable balancing creative work with website management

Wholesale Sales Coordinator (Part-Time)
About The Roll
Help keep our wholesale world running smoothly, from supporting our retail partners to finding new ones. You’ll be part sales, part customer service, and part problem solver. This is a part time role with the potential to grow into a full time position for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Support wholesale accounts and retail partners
- Find and connect with new retailers
- Create line sheets, catalogs, and sales materials
- Handle customer questions, damages, and order issues
- Assist with trade shows and retail compliance
What We're Looking For
- Super organized with an eye for details
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to customers
- Sales experience with a natural ability to connect with customers
- A great communicator and natural problem solver
- Self motivated and ready to jump in wherever needed

Seasonal Operations Associates (Part-Time)

Join us for our busiest season! You’ll help our team get orders packed, polished, and out the door during the holiday rush. This is a part time role with the potential to grow into a full time position for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prep customer orders
- Keep products organized and stocked
- Help with shipping and fulfillment
- Jump in wherever our operations team needs you
