Brand Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Brand & Creative Marketing Manager to lead the creative execution of our marketing efforts while helping drive overall brand growth. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts designer, creator, marketer, and strategist.
This is not a traditional marketing role and it is not a social media manager position. We're looking for someone who can create beautiful content, develop thoughtful campaigns, understand performance metrics, and bring our brand to life across every customer touchpoint. The ideal candidate has strong digital design skills, a great eye for branding, and understands how marketing drives revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Lead marketing strategy across both wholesale and retail channels
- Own email and SMS marketing from concept through execution and optimization
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, promotions, collaborations, and events
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are strategically planned and executed on time
- Oversee the creation of social media content and guide content strategy across all platforms
- Manage and mentor our Content Creator, providing direction on content priorities, messaging, campaign objectives, and creative execution
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and supports overall business goals
- Design website graphics, email assets, catalogs, sales materials, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
- Oversee paid advertising strategy and creative across Meta and Google
- Coordinate photoshoots, content creation, and creative production
- Build and manage influencer, creator, and brand partnership relationships
- Analyze marketing performance and use data to improve future campaigns
- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and brand expansion
- Manage freelancers, photographers, content creators, and outside creative partners as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in marketing, branding, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work across digital platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
- Understanding of paid advertising across Meta and Google
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and customer engagement
- Experience leading projects, managing people, or directing creative work
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed marketing decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
- Self starter who thrives in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- Must be local to the Dallas Fort Worth area
