Ordering
Can you cancel or change my order?
Short answer: we’ll try our best! Long answer: everything is made to order, so as long as we haven't started making it we should be able to. Please contact us at hello@tartbytaylor.com if you need to change or cancel an order.
Do you have a store?
We sure do! You can shop all of our items in person at our Dallas store located at 1378 Crampton Street, Suite 100. We're open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Prefer to order ahead? We also offer in-store pickup! Just select the in-store pickup option during checkout under shipping methods, and we’ll have your order ready when you swing by.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! We offer bulk discounts on larger orders. Just let us know what you’re interested in (quantity and product) and we’ll work out a special rate for you. For pricing and minimums, email us at hello@tartbytaylor.com and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I get on your email list?
TOTALLY! We’d love that! Just scroll down to the bottom of this page to join our email list. You can also sign up for texts here!
Do you offer wholesale?
We sure do! Tart by Taylor is currently carried in over 2,000 stores worldwide. Interested in becoming a stockist? Just fill out our wholesale application, and a member of our team will review it and get in touch with next steps.

Is your website secure?
Yep! On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.
What does Tart mean?
Tart = Taylor Art.... get it?!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding custom items). Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know our fulfillment team has it in the works. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a notification with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable on returned items.
Do you offer rush shipping?
At the moment, our small but mighty team doesn't offer rush shipping -but don’t worry, we’ve got options! Need something ASAP? Swing by our Dallas store to shop in person, or shoot us an email at hello@tartbytaylor.com and we’ll do our best to make some magic happen!
Do you offer in-store pickup?
We sure do! Just select the in-store pickup option during checkout under shipping methods, and we’ll have your order ready when you swing by. Most pickup orders are ready same day!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not. We only ship within the U.S.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, all items are considered final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to hello@tartbytaylor.com and we’ll do our best to make it right!
Do you offer free shipping?
