Shipping, Pickups + Refunds

  • Everything is made by hand by our team in Dallas, please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship. 
  • If you select in-store pickup as your delivery method, after your order is placed, you'll receive two emails. The first will be confirmation that your order was placed. Second email, will be notice that your order is ready for curbside pickup. From there, you'll be prompted to schedule a pickup day/time with someone on our team
  • Orders are typically ready 2-4 business days after order is placed. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Weekend pickups not available.
  • If you need an order rushed, please email us at and we will do our best to help! 
  • Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's cost of shipping. 
  • We only ship to U.S. delivery addresses within the 50 states. 
  • We can ship to APO/FPO addresses only when they have a U.S. zip code.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact us at if you have any issues. 
  • If you received a damaged item, gah - we’re so sorry! Just shoot us a note and include a photo of your damaged item to and we will take care of you.
