- Orders are typically ready 2-4 business days after order is placed. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at hello@tartbytaylor.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
- If you select in-store pickup as your delivery method, after your order is placed, you'll receive two emails. The first will be confirmation that your order was placed. The second email, will be notice that your order is ready for curbside pickup. From there, you'll be prompted to schedule a pickup day/time with someone on our team. Our office is located in the Design District in Dallas, Texas. We're typically open Monday-Friday from 10a-4p.

- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's cost of shipping.
- We only ship to U.S. delivery addresses within the 50 states.
- We can ship to APO/FPO addresses only when they have a U.S. zip code.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact us at hello@tartbytaylor.com if you have any issues. Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
- Orders with discounts applied are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If you received a damaged item, gah - we’re so sorry! Just shoot us a note and include a photo of your damaged item to hello@tartbytaylor.com and we will take care of you.
